Villa Seastar has 3 bedrooms and terrazzo throughout the house. 1 master suite with a king size bed and a bath with sliding glass doors leading directly out to the lanai / pool area. Bedroom #2 has one Queen bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is brand new 2019 and well equipped.
Separate laundry room I the house with washer and dryer.
The pool area will have a seating area, one table that seats six guests under roof. There is a lot of space for the sun loungers.
15 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Cancellation of Vacation Reservation
The deposit is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 50 days and less prior to the arrival date, all money will be forfeited.
If the repayment has to be through bank wire the guest/guests pays all bank fees.
Deposit Policy
Security deposit is $400 is paid in cash at arrival and repaid in cash by departure.
