Villa Bella Vista – Wonderful stay
My husband and I felt like we were home at this vacation rental. This place had all the essentials and more. We will be back. Thank you to Susanne the property manager who was available to answer inquiries before during and after our stay.

Villa Beach – Clean, well equipped and quiet Family-oriented Villa
The villa is a perfect getaway for family vacation. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities that families need. The villa was clean, well maintained. The pool is heated and it was nice, warm and cozy. The kids enjoyed the pool. One great thing is the access to the master bath from the pool, it’s a lifesaver for kids showers after pool time. The villa is equipped with everything you need, and has plenty of pool toys, has bikes, and it’s close to plethora of shops and restaurants. There are plenty of beaches within 20-30 minutes drive.Susanne was very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. She provided all the info we needed, as well as accommodated our check-in and check-out times.Overall, we were very pleased with the stay and the host. My kids did not want to leave, and they rated it as the best vacation (and pool) of all of our visits to Florida.

Villa Beach – Great Experience!

Condo Blue Heaven – Warm weather getaway
Condo Blue Heaven was exactly as advertised. Beautifully outfitted for a longer stay. The location was perfect and extremely peaceful. Close to all amenities, shopping, restaurants and walking distance to the river. Booking was very easy – thanks Susanne. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

Villa Triton – Comfortable, well furnished home on a canal with a great pool and hot tub.
The house is located close to a beach, grocery stores and many eating places of all kinds. The house was very clean and well cared for although the landscaping could use a little attention. The hot tub was great and the pool was warm and very comfortable. We spent lots of time there. There is a beautiful lanai with comfortable furniture and a nice sunset view. The table and chairs by the canal are great for watching fish and wildlife and for morning or evening coffee or drinks. A couple of fishing poles would be a nice addition. The property manager, Susanne does a great job and is available if needed to take care of any problems. We will be back here if available or to one of the other locations Susanne manages.

Villa RiverView – Wonderful place, great location!
This place is wonderful! It has been updated and has a great location to the bridge to Ft. Myers so you don’t have to mess with traffic. The house has the master and other two bedrooms separated for privacy and that was a nice feature. Great lanai with some shade from the sun and we loved the tiki hut at the dock so we could drink our morning coffee/afternoon refreshments and watch the boats go by. Very relaxing vacay and we would definitely come back again. When we arrived, Carl came to pump up the bike tires and Susanne was very friendly and attentive to all the details. Great asset to the owners!

Villa Cyclone – Clean, comfortable inside and out
Susan was great to work with, this home was very clean, comfortable inside and beautiful outside jumping into to the pool and just relax in the quiet location. The house is close to many delicious restaurants, beaches, shopping and much more. We will love to come back.

Villa Bella Vista – The house is amazing and has everything you need!
We booked Villa Bella Vista and worked with Susanne the property manager. She was so friendly, and always quickly responded to all our questions. Top notch service. The house was immaculate and very much like pictured. The kitchen is really stocked. It has stainless steal insulated cups, can cozies, all the utensil’s and cooking items you would need. A wine cooler, ice maker, and tons of glasses, many plastic for around the pool. There were some spices leftover and salt/pepper. They currently have a Keurig coffee maker. Some tin foil and plastic wrap. And a few paper products (napkins/plates) likely left from other guests. There was a nice size cooler in the garage we could use on the boat which was a plus. Hand soap was provided but no soap in the showers so bring your own. You will need to buy toilet paper as well. We used the washer and dryer, but you need to bring your own detergent. They have LOTS of beach towels you can also use. The boat lift is electric and the owners let us use it. It worked well with our rented pontoon (you just keep the lift down the whole time). We saw dolphin twice right outside the dock area! It takes about 20 min no wake by boat to get the large river that will take you to the gulf of Mexico. The location is really good if you want to stay in Cape Coral. The bedrooms were nice and each had a bathroom. There was a bathroom pool side which was also really nice. The hot tub, does get nice and warm! They have floaties and noodles you can use in the pool, so no need to bring your own. The outside kitchen area is really nice with a nice grill and small refrigerator. They also have a gas fire pit table which we used two of the colder nights. There was a hide-a-bed couch, but we did not use it. Overall the owners have a very nice, tastefully decorated home with all you would ever really need on vacation. I could have packed a lot less! The current property manager, Susanne does a great job and the home was very very clean. If we come back to this area, we would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends! Great place! Condo Blue Heaven
Great location in a residential neighborhood on the canal. The spacious floor plan was very comfortable and the washer and dryer was a bonus. Our favorite spot was the Lanai. Nice furnishings and evening lighting. We would defiantly book again.

We loved our stay at Villa Cyclone. Susanne was a great manager to work with from the time we inquired about the home until check-out. The home is spacious and open, and was very clean. The pool area is large and inviting. The neighborhood is very nice with neat, well kept homes. We had to drive to the beach and downtown Ft. Myers, but that was only about 15-20 minutes. But other things like grocery stores were very nearby. We would absolutely like to stay there again.

Villa Cyclone – What a gem of a home. Loved it and the location
We needed to get away from the OH snow and cold. Wish we had booked for longer. Loved Susanne. She was super responsive and great to work with. The house exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with the area. We will be back next year for 3 weeks this time. What a great experience.

Villa Sunset – Nice private home on quiet canal with wildlife
We really enjoyed our time in Villa Sunset! The pool was heated by solar panels which kept the pool nice and warm – one day, the water temp was 91! Putting the solar cover on at night was easy – one person can do it. It was lovely sitting at the tiki hut on the sturdy private dock, watching the big and small turtles, and interesting-looking Muscovy ducks gather – they enjoyed the bread we fed them. My husband caught a lot of fish on the last day of our 3-week stay – BIG bluegill, and largemouth bass. The sunsets were phenomenal! The vacant lots on either side left us with lots of privacy in this quiet neighborhood, which was a great place to do our walking. Very little traffic, if any. There is a burrowing owl nesting site a few streets over, and we enjoyed seeing the owls sitting at the nest. The location is very convenient to a main road with a lot of stores 3 minutes away. Our property manager, Susanne Perstad, was always quick to reply to any concerns/questions we had, and was always very kind and pleasant. We highly recommend her!

We have had two lovely weeks in Villa Mistral. Susanne who managed the rental of the villa was very friendly and helpful, responded quickly to our questions and everything was so uncomplicated.
Villa Mistral is a well-kept, luxurious villa with absolute best location on a corner plot. The pool is large and deep and we have spent many hours on the lovely terrace which offers both shade and sun depending on what you like. Boat parking with lift is also available. At all, the villa is very well equipped, has stylish furniture and is tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and fresh.
We enjoyed it very well and will gladly come again!

Comment: The comfort, the floor plan, the pool, the dock, well equipped with things for the beach, the service with the extra propane in the garage. The pictures did not match the house. The house was MUCH BETTER than the pictures!
