Large pool area with seating for 6 under roof, there is also a sofa under roof to relax in.
Villa Calusa Slip has 1 dock - owners boat, not for rent. Also a concrete dock for guests to enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunsets and the view of the canal.
There are 4 bikes for the guests to enjoy in the garage. From the vacation rental Villa Calusa Slip it only takes only 5 minutes to the nearest sandy beach Yacht Club Beach with fishing pier and Tiki-restaurant Boat House with live music.

Cancellation of Vacation Reservation
The deposit is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 50 days and less prior to the arrival date, all money will be forfeited.
If the repayment has to be through bank wire the guest/guests pays all bank fees.
Deposit Policy
Security deposit is $400 is paid in cash at arrival and repaid in cash by departure.
Please observe: All condos has an application and application fee to the associations. The condo association supersede this rental agreement. MyFlorida SE Inc. is not responsible for finding a new property to rent in case the association would deny the guest(s) rental/lease application.
